Portovesme s.r.l., within the framework of its policy for full productive, economic and social sustainability, undertakes to encourage dialogue with local communities and all relevant stakeholders, in order to identify and resolve any problems arising from production activities located in the territory.
To this end, a communication channel has been established with all interested stakeholders to offer them the possibility of using an effective mechanism to prevent conflicts and social incidents that affect, or could potentially affect, relations between the plant and local communities.
To submit a complaint, the following channels may be used:

On complaints made by telephone, the Complainant will be informed of the correct receipt of the Complaint and will be asked for an e-mail address to which all information on the status of the investigation, on its results and any other additional information provided for by the Procedure will be sent. Where the Complainant does not have his/her own e-mail box or refuses to provide it, he/she will be informed of the possibility of receiving updates by telephone using the same channels mentioned above.
For Complaints received via web/mail, the Complainant, within 48 hours of receipt of the Complaint, will be informed that it has been taken in charge.
